ACTOS SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-4 days. Orders given the Processing status prior to 11AM PST / 2PM EST will typically ship the same day. Orders given the Processing status after 11AM PST / 2PM EST will typically ship the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PO boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping methods and only able to be delivered via USPS.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Customs, duties, and taxes

ACTOS LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 


Damages

ACTOS LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at support@myactos.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. ACTOS LLC requires the following when you file a claim with us (we will only file claims for orders with a Promise Delivery Date within the last 15 calendar days):

  • Images of the product (if damaged)
  • Order # with Proof of payment (receipt)
